MLM Sponsoring Secret’s

afër Bryce Roadley mbi June 7, 2010

I first got involved in MLM in 1987 and after 23 years of building
network marketing businesses I have decided to reveal all of my secrets that’s right I want to give them away to anybody that wants them for FREE.

I have seen a major shift in the way that these businesses
are built today and I still believe there is no better business model out there in the market place.

Long gone are the technique’s that have been used
in the past for generating leads like bugging friends and family
buying leads, and walking through shopping centres looking for
prospects what ever they may look like.

This is the way I use to build a list of leads it was slow and painful
and I could never ever build momentum and neither could my team.

Then in 1998 I started on the internet and I found the secret to generating leads using the internet, I could see this was going to be a very powerful tool to build a global company.

Over the next 12 years I built a business with over 75,000 distributors in 10 different countries.

It was an amazing journey there was over 1500 people a month signing up in my business.

With in 12 years I had developed a system that would change the way network marketing businesses would be build.

I was able to take a new distributor from zero to a 6 figure income on
average of 14 month’s to 24 month’s.

As my system has been refined over the years I beleive that today someone can get involved in a new MLM company with my training and mentoring and commitment to using this system will make a amazing income in less time than I was able to.

I am going to reveal all of my secret’s to you that I have developed over the last 23 years and show you how to really build momentum in your business.

I will show you what I call the 4 pillars of success that I use to determine what make’s a MLM business more likley to be succeessful.

I will teach you how I developed over 24, 6 figure income earner,s and one 7 figure income earner in less than 7 years.

Discover the principles and skills that can be learnt by anyone that has a desire to succeed.

6 Major Keys To Leadership

afër Bryce Roadley mbi June 7, 2010

Whether you have your own business or work for a company, becoming a better leader in business will help you advance farther and move up the ladder more quickly.

Every business needs good solid leadership to function properly and the “higher ups” are always looking out for the special few that display the types of qualities necessary to be a great leader.

If you have your own business, being a great leader is even more important because if you don’t do it, who will?

The only one you have to rely on is yourself, so you need to be able to lead your employees in a way that will encourage them to work harder and motivate them to do a better job.

You can learn to become a better leader. Let’s take a look at some of the things that you can incorporate into your relationship with your employees in order to lead them better:

  1. Take time to listen to others. In order to help those under you work better and make good decisions, you have to listen to what they have to say and help them when they need it. If you constantly blow them off or ignore their requests for help, you aren’t being a good leader. Leadership means taking an active role to help others over come their work-related problems.
  2. Don’t talk down to others. Sometimes we can forget that positions of authority need someone who knows how to treat those below them like they are equals, even though they may not be. If an employee doesn’t understand what you are explaining, even though you think that the concept should be simple, talking down to them is not the solution and it won’t make them learn any faster.
  3. Gently teach others how to fix their mistakes. You don’t want to make your employees feel bad because they made a mistake, but you do need to get the mistake fixed. Therefore, it is important to learn how to let others know that they have made a mistake and teach them how to fix it without making them feel bad for making the mistake. Gently, but firmly, inform them of the problem and how to resolve it.
  4. Give praise when it is warranted this is a sign of great leadership. If your employees know that you are paying attention when they do an extra great job, and not just looking to jump down their throats when they make a mistake, it will make them want to give 110% all of the time.
  5. Be a mediator. When two employees have a problem that they cannot solve between themselves, it is your job as a leader to step in and help mediate the situation before it gets out of hand. Always try to encourage the employees involved to agree on their own decision; but, if they cannot, be careful not to take sides or jump to conclusions before all the facts have been laid out on the table and make sure to get both sides of the story before making a decision.
  6. Lead by example. Most of all, you need to do your best and know when to accept that you have made a mistake. Your employees will learn how to act and react in the workplace by watching you, so make sure you are always setting the best example that you can. If you have children watch how they learn they never listen to what you say they always do as you do they are a mirror image of the bad things in your life and the good things in your life. So you play a major role in how your children turn out and so it is with the people who work with you in your company.

Many times we forget that there is a big difference between being a leader and being a good leader.

In order to advance your business or move yourself up the corporate ladder, you have to be a leader that your employees can respect; someone who is patient, someone who is kind, and someone who takes the time to teach them the correct way to do things, without being harsh or condescending.

Your employees will begin to respect you more as they discover that you are there to encourage, not judge, and will help them when they are in need of it. Remember leadership is about leading so if you think you are a leader look behind and see who is following if there is no one I guess that speaks volumes so start learning to be a great leader.

Leaders are reader I have never meet a great leader in any business who does not read books especially books on leadership and skills with people they want to keep growing themselves as a leader so they can stay in the lead in every part of their business life.

Our attitude must be one that embraces change — not for the sake of change itself. It’s very easy to accept any passing fad of the day and call that a willingness to change.
